Celebrating our values starts with our people
Four times a year we all nominate a new Renegade Master. A person who is living our values. Our Renegade Master receives £1,000 in prize money and two extra days off to go and do something they’ve always wanted to. It’s an extra incentive to do.
Charlie Ffitch, our Head of Delivery and Digital, has been one of the latest recipients of our Renegade Master prize.
She used her prize to take a trip across Italy, 11 locations in 6 days. Whilst there, she explored her husband's Nonna's hometown, Napoli, and discovered the world of wine at the beautiful Antinori nel Chianti Classico.

We fuel creativity across our industry
MSL x SUPA Network is an agency-first partnership where we provide career and learning opportunities for young creatives. No formal training is needed, and we give our cohort opportunities to work on live briefs, meet our clients and build their network. We support the cohort with our own creative coaches and mentors, and at the end of each programme, we invite three people to join our team.
