Following a period of transformation, RSA Group approached MSL with a brief to bring its commitment to putting customers first to life, via a brand new global website.

Working with key global stakeholders from across RSA Group, we defined a completely new approach to corporate storytelling, developing ‘The Thread’ – an area of the new site dedicated to online thought leadership, expert advice and resources for customers, partners and investors.

Moving away from the more typical copy-heavy, stale corporate website, we designed it to be an immersive platform to host animations, infographics and rich media alongside traditional copy.

Profiling employees as authors of the content gave it a more human and personal touch and helped to solidify RSA Group’s position as a forward-looking, customer-focused business.
