PR & IM Account Director

We’re looking for a brilliant Account Director to join us in our core PR team, working across UK and Global PR, international market management, and influencer marketing, with a particular focus on luxury consumer beauty brands.

Skills and responsibilities

  • Lead with purpose: Provide clear vision, motivation, and leadership for the account team, working closely with senior leaders to consistently deliver standout results.
  • Thought leader: Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends to help shape client strategy and inspire the team and wider agency.
  • Drive client success: Take ownership of day-to-day account leadership, collaborating with specialists across MSL and Publicis Groupe to solve client challenges.
  • Campaign execution: Lead the development and delivery of integrated plans with the aim of exceeding KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Champion creativity: Bring bold, original ideas to the table and deliver campaigns that challenge the norm - and drive measurable impact.
  • Maintain high standards: Ensure all work meets top-tier quality with sharp attention to detail in client comms, deliverables, and execution.
  • Support strategic growth: Support the Associate Director and share strategic dialogue with clients to influence the quality of the briefs we get
  • Create a team culture of growth, learning, and recognition: Support development plans and champion success at every level.
  • Shape agency culture: Bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to enrich the MSL environment every day.

Attributes and qualities

  • Extensive experience in consumer and beauty PR, with strong UK media contacts and a proven ability to craft impactful global comms strategies.
  • Skilled in international market management and influencer campaign delivery, from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Effective team leader, experienced in managing multiple workstreams and inspiring creativity across all levels.
  • Strategic thinker and natural problem solver who thrives under pressure and drives positive outcomes.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, with a strong track record in pitching and winning new business.
